Hannah's siblings were

- There were also 2 other of Mary's daughters, but these were not registered as Vawers
James Goodway appears to have parted from mother Mary, as there is no
father entered on either Hannah's or Wilhelmina's birth certificates, and they
are registered in her maiden name. Hannah and her sister Wilhelmina adopted
their Mother's husband's name "Goodway" when they were in the Bishop Auckland
Union Workhouse, sometime before 1881. We suspect that by this time Mary had
died.
Hannah married Patrick Lowrey, a draper, on 09 April 1891 in
Durham City. She had been a servant in his house just prior to the marriage.
Patrick was 35 years older than her, born approx 1835, Ireland
Hannah and Patrick had 4 daughters including Catherine Wilhelmina born 1893
Hannah died June Qtr 1912, Durham City. Patrick died in 1915
